| Captain Steve Engemann, didn't begin his career as a River Pilot, he initially intended to be a mechanic. He attended Nashville Auto Diesel College and graduated in 1994, returning to Hermann, to work for Tri-County Trucking, Inc. While working as a mechanic on the river equipment he realized his dream of becoming a pilot. Steve completed his training at The River School in Memphis, Tennessee in 2002. He has been employed at Hermann Sand & Gravel since 2000 and he has been managing the plant since 2005. |

| Lisa was previously employed with John W. Stone Oil Distribution, LLC for over twenty years. She was in New Orleans for 12 years and then worked for the satellite facility in St. Louis, MO. Lisa and her husband relocated to Hermann and she was asked to come on board with Hermann Sand & Gravel in January 2005. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
